• 20% Advance Payment against confirmation and 100% of the payment shall be made 15 days prior to the function (Non refundable in case of cancellation or post payment).


• Guests are responsible for their belongings.


• Non – Veg food and consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the party plot.


• Crackers are not allowed inside and in the vicinity of the Party Plot.


• Police clearance certificate is required for Jaan Prasthan/ Musical Function/ Fashion Show/ Organized dance events and Professional Events.


• Any damage to the LK Green Party Plot property shell be borne by the Host.


• Drums/Dhol are not allowed inside the party plot premises.


• Playing of loud music or band should be under governmental limit.


• LK Green Party Plot management will not be responsible for non happening of function due to any unavoidable circumstances.


• LK Green Party Plot management has the sole discretionary power to allocate the kitchen & for usage/ cancellation of the venue.

ALL GOVERNMENT TAXES SHALL BE LEVIED, AS APPLICABLE
